Missouir Boys High School Pre-season Conference ratings - St. Louis Area

 Every winter I put together a "Sagarin-like" Missouri boys high school basketball rating on a weekly basis.  I will hopefully start posting those ratings in early December.  I say, hopefully, because each community in the state is facing new Cov-19 pandemic lock-down decisions.

With three years in the bank, I am trying a pre-season rating by conference this week.  For a number of St. Louis schools, I have been studying their returnees to see how strong they are.  For others, I looked at their 2018 and 2019 ratings.  The following lists St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield area schools by conference.
